Do you provide free estimates?

Yes.  All initial consultations are free.   

 

Do you have any products in stock and ready to ship?

Not at this time but check back for several product lines we will be rolling out soon.

 

When will I receive my order?

Since our products are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. We also work with clients on expedited production for a fee (and only if our schedule allows). 

 

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes. We have a great history of working with interior designers, and we welcome the opportunity!

 

Where are your products made?

All products are made in-house, at our woodworking shop near Leiper’s Fork, TN.

 

Is it possible to meet Cory and his team? Or visit the shop?

Yes. This is our favorite part of the process! We always welcome the opportunity to meet our clients and give tours of the shop. Please contact us to set an appointment. 

 

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns.

 

Is woodworking the same as carpentry?

No. While they share the common thread of using wood to create, there are distinctions between the two professions. Woodworkers craft items – such as furniture – with precise detail. Carpenters often build structures using both wood and other materials. Overall, woodworking is more about custom design and artistry while carpentry is more about construction, installation, and repair.

 

How custom can my project be?

If you can dream it, we can likely build it. The combination of skill, experience, and advanced tools allow us to take on the most challenging custom projects.

 

What is the security deposit?

We require 50% of the quoted price up front. Once materials are purchased and the design phase has started, this payment is non-refundable.
